An 18-year-old right-wing extremist was arrested in central Germany on suspicion that he was planning a “severe act of violence endangering the state,” safety officers stated Monday.

The person, whose id was nor given according to German privateness guidelines, is accused of getting an “established violent, antisemitic and right-wing extremist angle,” investigators stated.

He was arrested final week by particular forces within the state of Hesse.

“The 18-year-old had repeatedly threatened in related boards to kill folks in pursuit of his political targets,” Hesse legal police and native prosecutors stated in a press release. He’s additionally suspected of getting violated the Weapons Act.
