Microsoft CEO Nadella says OpenAI governance needs to change no matter where Altman ends up

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella advised CNBC’s Jon Fortt on Monday that the oversight of OpenAI wants to alter.

The feedback come after days of drama kicked off by the OpenAI board dismissing co-founder Sam Altman as CEO.

“At this level, I believe it’s extremely clear that one thing has to alter across the governance,” Nadella stated. He stated Microsoft would have “an excellent dialogue with their board on that.”

Early Monday morning Nadella stated Altman, his fellow OpenAI co-founder Greg Brockman and their colleagues would join Microsoft as a part of a brand new synthetic intelligence analysis group.
